Choose the Categories where you want to be challenged and then press the Roll Button at the bottom to generate them. Check the How it works page for more information.

Pressing the Roll button will generate a new set of challenges each time you press the button. If you don't like a specific challenge that would like to keep the rest then you can disable the ones that you like and keep the ones switched on that you want to Roll again. Pressing the Roll button only regenerates challenges for the ones that are switched on.
